How we use your information

The full privacy notice will be published before real donations open. The platform records donation details, payment references, optional messages, Gift Aid declarations and support requests. Card details are entered with SumUp.

Retention

A retention schedule must be approved before launch. Gift Aid evidence must be retained in accordance with HMRC requirements; privacy rights are reviewed alongside legal record-keeping obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain a secure session and prevent forged requests. This platform does not load analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or social media embeds. The embedded SumUp payment form loads only on the payment page and sends card details directly to SumUp. SumUp provides its own privacy and cookie information.

Your choices and rights

Public display is optional. Marketing is separate and optional. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or a Gift Aid update through our support form. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
