Fundraising complaints

We aim to respond within four weeks. If you remain unhappy with our response, or have not heard back within four weeks, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator. Please check we received your complaint first.

Refund requests are reviewed individually under our refund policy; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
